Alex is the quiet force behind Ajust Design’s success, blending extraordinary talent with unstinting dedication. As Co-Founder, he has been integral to the studio’s growth, building its programming department from scratch and ensuring every digital solution aligns with Ajust Design’s commitment to precision as well as creativity.
In 2022, following the outbreak of war in Ukraine, Alex demonstrated remarkable leadership and resilience, relocating both the studio and his family to Poland. His ability to navigate complex situations with humility and resolve has been a stabilizing force for team members and clients alike.
With a Masters in Finance from Luhansk National University and a decade as a financial analyst, Alex seamlessly bridges strategic thinking with operational execution. Beyond leading web development, he manages the studio’s financial and legal operations, ensuring a seamless foundation for creative excellence.
Outside of work, Alex finds joy in family life with his wife, Olena, and their three children, two cats and a dog. His story is one of quiet courage and boundless dedication, making him a vital part of Ajust Design’s journey.
