Malwina Karpowicz

Art Director

With fourteen years of design experience, including a tenure with one of the world’s largest asset managers, Malwina possesses a sharp eye for detail and a knack for uncovering what others might overlook.

Since joining Ajust Design in 2023, Malwina has elevated the studio’s creative direction with her unique combination of strategic insight, creative intuition, and deep expertise.

As Art Director, Malwina thrives at the intersection of strategy and design. Her international experience leading teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC markets has honed her ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. Her MA in Cultural Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University, with a focus on corporate identity, laid the groundwork for her nuanced understanding of how design shapes perception.

Malwina’s professional journey extends from crafting brand systems for tech startups to creating collateral systems for global food industry leaders. Each new project adds depth to her hallmark thorough, thoughtful and unafraid approach.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Malwina channels her creativity into a cause close to her heart: As chapter head of the Viva! Foundation in Poznań, she leads a team of volunteers in advocating for animal rights. She also volunteers for multiple animal sanctuaries and foundations. She dedicates additional free time to pro bono work for nonprofits, designing charity events, awareness campaigns, social media visuals, educational materials and websites.

At home, Malwina shares life with her partner Pawel and a gang of rescued cats: Koba, Klusek, Keema, Kraken, and the newest addition—tiny but mighty Lula.

Whether she’s mentoring fellow designers, collaborating with clients, or championing meaningful causes, Malwina’s work is defined by warmth, rigor, and a rare ability to make the ordinary extraordinary.
