Project Manager
The organizer who brings both structure and heart, Mariia combines a love of order with genuine empathy. She understands that great project management requires caring about the work and the people behind it.
Mariia’s path to project management started with a simple truth about herself: she loves making things clear and organized. But three years managing projects at a creative studio taught her that order alone isn’t enough. Good project management requires adapting to changing situations and genuinely caring about the people you work with and the projects you guide.
Before joining Ajust Design, she spent those three years coordinating websites and branding projects, learning to balance deadlines with quality, client needs with team capacity. Her background in Management with a focus on Commercial Activity and Logistics gave her the frameworks, but the creative environment taught her something unexpected: she discovered her own creativity. Working alongside designers and artists awakened a passion for drawing, singing, and making clay crafts, hobbies that now balance her structured professional world.
What makes Mariia’s approach different is her belief that empathy matters as much as efficiency. She notices when other project managers treat projects as just tasks to complete, missing the emotional investment that makes work better. For her, the solution is immersion, understanding not just what clients need, but how they feel about their projects. She stays just as invested in outcomes as the designers themselves, watching team progress while meeting deadlines, knowing it’s about far more than creating briefs.
One project stands out: a marketing campaign for a sports promotion agency that required blending creative concepts with technically complex animation. The difficulty pushed her, but she learned that even the most challenging work becomes possible when you fully commit. Colleagues know her for responsibility, bringing ideas forward, and taking initiative when projects need direction
The most important thing for Mariia is the people around you. No matter the circumstances, choosing kindness matters. It’s a principle she brings to every client interaction and team collaboration. Her mantra reflects this resilience: “You just need to keep going”.
Outside work, Mariia’s passion for languages reveals how she approaches learning. Currently studying German for two years, fluent in English, with working knowledge of Czech and Polish, she sees each new language as developing another personality, a way to immerse herself in different cultures. Spanish and Chinese are next on her list. When not studying languages, she reads 20th-century literature, explores Western psychology, and returns to her creative outlets: painting, singing, and sculpting with clay.
