Mariia Lisichenko

Art Director

Mariia sees the world through a prism of color and form, bringing a distinct perspective to an industry where creative expression traditionally takes a back seat. She finds beauty in precision and possibility in constraint to transform the visual language of private equity.

Since joining in 2019, Mariia has redefined what thoughtful design can achieve in financial communications. Her approach combines creative daring with strategic rigor—what she calls “ordered chaos.” Whether crafting pitch decks or developing brand systems, she pushes boundaries while respecting the demanding standards of institutional finance.

“Whatever feels rigid written in the brief shouldn’t interfere with the creative process,” Mariia explains. “There’s always room for innovation. The key is treating each project as an intellectual game—observing real-world constraints while transcending the boundaries in one’s mind.”

With a degree in interior design from Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts, complemented by early artistic training at Donetsk Art School, Mariia brings creative rigor to every project. Her life journey as well as her approach to work exemplify remarkable resilience: Twice displaced by war, first from Donbas to Ivano-Frankivsk and later to Poland, she has transformed each challenge into fuel for creative growth.

As the mother of a special-needs son, Mariia has developed an extraordinary capacity for patience, adaptability, and finding unexpected solutions—qualities that deeply influence her design approach and leadership style. Her experience has heightened her ability to see possibilities where others might see obstacles, whether in design challenges or team dynamics.

From Ajust Design’s Warsaw studio, Mariia fosters visual innovation while mentoring the next generation of designers. Her endless curiosity extends beyond work: She’s an avid student of culture and a devoted design enthusiast whose optimism in all aspects of life is truly infectious.
