Mykola Romanov

Mykola’s precise approach to form and function shapes our studio’s most sophisticated brand identities. He has crafted compelling visual narratives for dozens of private equity firms while mentoring the next generation of financial designers.

Prior to joining Ajust Design in 2019, Mykola spent 15 years at creative agencies, developing brand concepts for diverse global clients. His unconventional path—from performing as a rock band guitarist to mastering corporate identity design—brings valuable perspective to every project. He is a graduate of Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Hailing from Odessa’s vibrant cultural scene, Mykola built his career advancing brand design in Kyiv until the war displaced him from his destroyed home. Now based in Lviv, he continues to push creative boundaries while finding balance in quiet moments with his girlfriend, their pug Peachy and cat Kuzya—cooking, playing guitar in his home studio, and perfecting late-night pitch books with the same meticulous care he brings to everything.
