Web UI/UX Designer
The perfectionist who sees what others miss, Oksana balances logic and beauty, iterating until every detail serves both the user and the business, even if that means "one last check" (which is never truly the last).
Oksana joined Ajust Design through one of those good coincidences, a friend’s recommendation that turned into the right fit. As a Web UI/UX Designer, her work centers on turning complex ideas into interfaces that feel clear and easy to use, finding solutions that actually work rather than just look good.
Her path through several design studios taught her versatility. Working across websites, presentations, web platforms, and mobile apps, she learned to start new tasks quickly and approach difficult projects without hesitation. Each studio added to her toolkit, but the real lesson was simpler: don’t be afraid of complexity.
What makes Oksana’s approach distinctive is her relationship with details. She notices the small UX/UI things that others overlook: the micro-interactions, the spacing that feels slightly off, the flow that could be smoother. Then she iterates. She checks the design, then checks again, and again. Her perfectionism serves a purpose: improving the solution until it works for both the user and the business.
For her, design is always about people, clarity, and the feeling that everything sits in the right place. She believes in balance where logic and structure need to coexist with beauty and aesthetics. Neither should dominate. When both work together, the interface becomes intuitive without losing its visual appeal.
Outside work, Oksana finds her own balance. Long walks and traveling give her space to think. Baking feels like meditation: focused, calming, purposeful. She’s a fan of the Shrek movies, detective stories, and horror films (an interesting range that somehow makes sense). Her cat, husband, family, and close friends are her foundation for support and strength that make everything else possible.
