Project Manager

The connector who turns complexity into smooth delivery, Oleh builds bridges between clients, designers, and deadlines—making difficult projects feel easy through empathy and smart coordination.

Oleh’s path to project management started with a simple discovery: he was good at understanding what people needed. Through three years as Project and Sales Manager in the printing industry, he learned that his real skill wasn’t just completing tasks, it was building relationships that made work flow smoothly. Three promotions at his previous company taught him how to see situations from different angles and handle growing responsibility.

Joining Ajust Design meant learning a new world, moving from printing and graphic design into brand systems, websites, and presentations for private equity. His marketing education and Design Management training gave him the foundation, but his real expertise comes from making complex projects feel manageable for everyone involved.

His philosophy is straightforward: good project management isn’t just about hitting deadlines. It’s about the experience clients have and what they remember afterward. This drives how he works—studying each client’s specific needs, spotting details that matter, and building personal connections with team members so everyone does their best work.

When deadlines seem impossible, Oleh stays calm and mobilizes resources. Faced with preparing 500 high-quality scans in just two days, he pulled in designers from across departments and coordinated the team to deliver on time. That kind of resourcefulness comes from believing in people and knowing how to bring out their best.

Colleagues come to him when client situations get tricky. His advice: look at things positively while preparing for challenges, believe in people, treat everyone with understanding, and know that even difficult situations teach valuable lessons.

Outside work, Oleh stays active with squash, ping-pong, and football, along with board games, music, and travel. He’s currently improving his English and deepening his project management skills as he masters the details of presentation design.
