Since joining Ajust Design in 2022, Oleksandra has established herself as an invaluable team member whose versatility shines across brand identities, sustainability reports, and investor materials. Her thoughtful approach to design – whether developing a new corporate identity or laying out a complex pitch book – reflects both her deep technical skill and natural intuition for visual storytelling.

Oleksandra’s unique perspective stems from an unconventional path. With a foundation in philology from Karazin Kharkiv National University and specialized training in design and animation, she brings a storyteller’s eye to visual communication. Her previous experience spans marketing, corporate photography, and brand development, enriching her understanding of how design can serve diverse strategic needs.

Now based in Warsaw after a journey that took her through Scotland’s scenic trails (including a memorable encounter with a real Gandalf), Oleksandra balances her creative work with family life and a continued appreciation for unexpected adventures.
