In an industry that excels at creating value but tends to play it safe visually, Olena is changing the game—not by breaking the rules but by rewriting them with sophistication and strategic insight. Inspired leaders in other categories are taking notice, too, and asking her apply Ajust’s insights and sensibilities to them as well.
Since entering the private equity space in 2016, Olena has shaped how the industry presents itself. Rising from designer to Partner and Head of Design at a leading US brand marketing firm, she built a design studio that would go on to transform the brands of dozens of private capital firms.
In 2024, Olena evolved this studio into Ajust Design, establishing her team as an independent creative force. Their approach combines a European design sensibility with a deep understanding of American capital markets, yielding visual systems that work as hard as the firms they represent.
Her methodology stems from a core belief: In Private Equity, design must serve strategy. Whether crafting pitch decks that turn complex value creation stories into compelling narratives or developing brand systems that establish immediate credibility, every visual choice advances a business goal.
This perspective was shaped by an unconventional path. Olena’s Masters in Management of Foreign Economic Activities pairs with her design training at the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts to give her a rare ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and business insight.
Based in Poland, Olena leads her international team in working for clients internationally. Alongside building Ajust Design, she raises three children, mastering the art of balancing client deadlines with preparing dinner.
For Olena, every project is personal: It’s not just about making private equity look better but about delivering thoughtful design that elevates how the world sees and engages with this dynamic, complex segment of the financial markets.
