Diana is great at staying calm when things get busy. Other people might feel stressed by quick deadlines or changing plans, but Diana keeps things neat and focused. She manages big creative projects with a steady calm that helps everyone, from the team to the clients, feel relaxed.

Her path to Ajust Design reflects both capability and resilience. As Project Manager at a visual production agency, she mastered the art of managing multiple simultaneous projects without dropping threads. Before, as an Operations Manager overseeing 300+ employees, she developed highly effective systems for hiring, training, and client management. She applies the insights gained from this experience directly to every project she undertakes today.

This foundation in Social Work gives Diana a rare dual lens: She sees both the deliverables and the human dynamics that determine whether projects succeed or stumble. Having been displaced several times during the war before returning home with a sharpened perspective, she understands what it means to build processes that hold steady when circumstances shift.

At Ajust Design, Diana is great at managing projects, working with different teams, and spotting potential issues before they happen. When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys baking and volunteering. These activities also require patience, attention to detail, and a love for craftsmanship, which reflect her work style.
