Diana is great under pressure, approaching every project with problem-solving focus, quick thinking, and a calm confidence even in the tightest of deadlines. Whether coordinating complex projects or managing creative flows, she delivers structure and clarity while adapting to fast-changing conditions.

Before joining Ajust Design, Diana gained hands-on creative industry experience as a Project Manager at a visual production agency, where she coordinated multiple projects simultaneously. Earlier, as Operations Manager she oversaw a team of more than 300 talents, leading recruiting, onboarding, and client data management.

Her professional journey has been marked by resilience as much as skill: displaced several times during the war, she returned home after two years with a sharpened perspective on adaptability, leadership, and the value of building systems that work under pressure. With her education in Social Work, Diana has a unique talent for balancing deadlines and deliverables with the human dynamics that drive successful collaboration.

Diana brings to Ajust a strong foundation in project management, client relations, and cross-functional team coordination, paired with a passion for efficiency and meaningful impact. Outside of work, she finds balance in baking and volunteering, activities that mirror the patience, care, and creativity she brings to every professional challenge.
